Event Rules and Conduct Guidelines

Kinkdom is a private, one-day play and social event.


These rules exist to ensure that the event prioritises safety, respect, and ethical practices always.

Application of the Rules
These Rules apply to everyone attending Kinkdom, whether a first-time guest, a regular participant in the kink community, or someone in a position of authority.
By purchasing a ticket or attending Kinkdom, individuals accept that they are bound by these rules and procedures.


Adherence is always required to ensure that the event is welcoming, safe, and inclusive.

Event Access


1. Ticket Purchase

  • Entry to Kinkdom is on a pay-per-event basis.
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance in accordance with the organisersโ€™ procedures.

2. Approval of Attendance

  • All registrations are subject to approval at the discretion of the organisers.
  • Acceptance is not automatic, and Kinkdom reserves the right to refuse entry without explanation.

3. Eligibility

  • Certain areas (such as play spaces) may be restricted to vetted or pre-approved attendees.
  • Social areas may be open to a wider audience at the organisersโ€™ discretion.

4. Right of Refusal

  • The organisers reserve the right to accept, decline, or revoke attendance.
  • Participation is conditional upon adherence to these rules.

Familiarity with Rules

All attendees must read these Rules before the event and always comply with them.
Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse. Breaches may result in removal from the venue, or permanent exclusion from future events hosted by the organisers.

Dress Code

The dress code for Kinkdom is Kink or Black.
Casual wear, including jeans, sneakers, or everyday clothing, is strictly prohibited.

  • Kink attire allows participants to express their fetish, power dynamics, or kink identity.

Consent and Boundaries

  • Consent is mandatory. All play and physical contact must be clearly negotiated and agreed upon in advance.
  • No means no. Anyone ignoring a withdrawal of consent will be removed from the event.
  • Safe words/signals must be always respected. The house safeword is Red.
  • Touching without permission is strictly forbidden, including casual or non-sexual contact.

Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Photography, video recording, and use of phones in play spaces are permissible provided those that are being recoded/photographed have given explicit consent.
  • Attendees must respect the privacy of all participants. Sharing names, images, or identifying details outside the event without consent is forbidden.

Behaviour and Etiquette

  • Respect all attendees regardless of gender, orientation, role, or experience level.
  • Aggressive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Scene interruptions should be avoided unless a safety concern arises.
  • When watching others play, remain quiet and respectful.

Play Guidelines

  • All equipment must be used safely and responsibly.
  • Clean equipment before and after use.
  • Do not monopolise equipment; share with others.
  • Spectators are welcome to watch but must not interfere.
  • Unsafe, non-consensual, or prohibited play (as determined by the organisers) will result in removal.

Alcohol and Substances

  • Intoxication that compromises consent or safety will not be tolerated.
  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Unacceptable Behaviour

The following will result in immediate intervention and possible removal without refund:

  • Violation of consent.
  • Harassment, abuse, or intimidation.
  • Possession or use of illegal substances.
  • Excessive intoxication.
  • Disrespecting staff, organisers, or volunteers.
  • Any behaviour deemed unsafe or disruptive.

Liability

  • Attendance at Kinkdom is at your own risk.
  • The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by their negligence.
  • Attendees accept responsibility for their own actions and choices.

Drama-Free Environment

Kinkdom is intended as a safe, enjoyable, and respectful event. Personal disputes, gossip, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated within the event space.

Complaints and Reporting

  • Concerns or breaches of these Rules should be reported immediately to event staff, organisers, or designated safety monitors.
  • All complaints will be taken seriously and handled discreetly.
  • Retaliation against someone who raises a concern will not be tolerated.

EICK โ€“ Event Incident Command Kit

Kinkdom operates with an Event Incident Command Kit (EICK): a safety and crisis-response system to deal with medical, consent, or security issues quickly and effectively.

  • Trained staff and volunteers will be present to assist where needed.
  • Attendees must follow the instructions of safety staff in any emergency or intervention.
