Attendance at KinkDom & Inspire Rentals / PropStars Studios automatically binds you to the Indemnity Agreement below:
1. Risk Acknowledgement – You accept that attending the Event involves certain risks, including physical, emotional, and property-related. You attend at your own risk.
2. Waiver of Liability – You release and indemnify the organisers, team, volunteers, and attendees from any claims or actions linked to your attendance.
3. Personal Responsibility – You agree to behave responsibly, respect consent, and follow all event rules.
4. Medical Emergencies – Basic first aid may be available. You are responsible for your own medical needs and costs.
5. Confidentiality – What happens at KinkDom stays at KinkDom. Breaches may lead to permanent exclusion or legal action.
6. Indemnification – You agree to hold harmless the organisers against any losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your participation.
7. Agreement to Rules – Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. Consent is king. Respect is currency.
8. Governing Law – Governed under South African law.
